This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Complys uses on its websites and app, why we use them, and how you control them. Complys is a trading name of Complys Technology Ltd. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Notice.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things — such as keeping you signed in — and, where you allow it, help the site understand how it is used. Some technologies we use are not strictly cookies (for example a preference stored in your browser), but we treat them the same way here.
These are needed for Complys to work — chiefly to keep you securely signed in. They do not track you for advertising and do not require consent, because the service could not function without them.

We use PostHog to understand how the product is used so we can improve it. These cookies are only set if you accept analytics in our cookie banner. Until you accept, PostHog runs in a mode that stores nothing on your device and captures nothing. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use Complys.

Complys does not use advertising or third-party marketing/remarketing cookies.
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept analytics or continue with essential cookies only. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the Complys site data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop you being able to sign in.
Our analytics provider is PostHog. You can read how PostHog handles data in its own privacy information at posthog.com/privacy.
