What is the Complys Affiliate Programme?
The Complys Affiliate Programme is a referral and partnership programme that lets approved individuals and organisations earn commission by introducing new businesses to Complys. You receive a unique referral link to share through your website, social media, professional network or email audience. When an eligible business follows your link and becomes a qualifying paying customer, you earn commission on its subscription payments. Unlike a one-off referral scheme, this is recurring commission, and because Complys serves many types of business, you aren't limited to promoting a single-purpose product to one narrow audience.

When an eligible referral becomes a qualifying paying Complys customer, their subscription can begin generating commission.

How much commission can Complys affiliates earn?
It depends on the current Partner commission rate, the number of eligible customers you refer, the subscriptions they choose and how long they remain qualifying paying customers. Because Complys uses a recurring subscription model, eligible referrals can generate recurring commission rather than a single one-off payment. Is Complys affiliate commission recurring?
Yes. Eligible Partners can earn recurring commission on qualifying subscription payments from customers they successfully refer, subject to the applicable commission period and the Complys Partner Programme terms. A successful referral may generate multiple commission payments rather than a single one-off payment.
How long can I earn commission from a referral?
The commission period for an eligible referral is set by the current Complys Partner Programme terms. Commission is generated only while a referred customer remains eligible and makes qualifying subscription payments during the applicable commission period. Check the current terms for the latest rate, qualifying period and payment conditions.
How are Complys affiliate referrals tracked?
Approved Partners receive a unique affiliate referral link. When someone follows that link, referral information is used to attribute eligible sign-ups and qualifying subscriptions to the correct Partner in accordance with the programme's tracking and attribution rules. You can monitor activity in your Partner dashboard.
How and when are affiliate commissions paid?
Eligible commissions are paid according to the payment schedule in the Complys Partner Programme terms. Commission is calculated on qualifying subscription revenue actually received by Complys. Payments that are refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise excluded under the terms do not qualify.
Is there a fee to become a Complys Partner?
No. There is no joining fee to apply for the Complys Affiliate Programme. Applications are reviewed to make sure prospective Partners, their audiences and their promotional methods are suitable for the programme.
Who can join the Complys Affiliate Programme?
The programme is designed for individuals and organisations with relevant business audiences, customers or professional networks: health and safety professionals, training providers, accountants, bookkeepers, business consultants, construction and trade content creators, property professionals, industry websites, business communities and other relevant organisations. Applications are assessed individually and subject to approval.
Do I need a website or large social media following?
No. You don't need a large website or thousands of followers. The relevance and quality of your audience or professional network can matter more than its size. An accountant with SME clients, a trainer working with contractors, or a creator with a smaller but highly engaged trade audience could all be suitable Partners.
Can I refer businesses from different industries?
Yes. Complys supports businesses across multiple industries, so depending on product availability, Partners may introduce businesses from construction and trades, health and safety, property and lettings, care and healthcare, facilities and other supported sectors. Partners with varied audiences aren't restricted to one profession.
What happens if a referred customer cancels?
Commission is based on qualifying subscription payments actually received by Complys. If a referred customer cancels and stops making eligible payments, you no longer receive recurring commission from that subscription. Commission already earned remains subject to the Partner Programme terms, including rules on refunds, reversals and chargebacks.
Can I refer an existing Complys customer?
Existing Complys customers are not normally treated as new affiliate referrals. The programme is primarily intended to reward Partners for introducing new customers. Any exceptions or special arrangements are governed by the current Complys Partner Programme terms.
Are refunds, VAT and chargebacks included in commission?
No. Commission is calculated on eligible subscription revenue in accordance with the Partner Programme terms. VAT, refunds, chargebacks, reversed payments and other excluded amounts do not generate commission, so commission is based on qualifying revenue actually received and retained by Complys.
Can I refer my own business?
The programme rewards genuine referrals of new businesses. Self-referrals, artificial referrals, duplicate accounts or accounts created primarily to obtain commission are not normally eligible. See the current Complys Partner Programme terms for the full eligibility and referral rules.
