The quickest way to reach us is by email at support@complys.co.uk. We aim to reply to every message within one working day, and usually much sooner. Tell us your business name and, if it helps, a screenshot of what you're seeing, and we'll get you sorted.
Complys is free to try for 30 days, with no charge during your trial to explore. Head to the sign-up page, choose the option that best matches your business, and you'll be set up in a few minutes. If you're not sure which edition fits, the quick questionnaire will point you to the right one.
The Complys app gives you your whole account on your phone. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the website. To receive reminders about upcoming compliance dates, allow notifications when the app asks, you can change this at any time in your device settings.
How do I add a document or certificate? Open your dashboard, choose the relevant area, and use the add button to upload a file and set its expiry date, Complys will then remind you before it runs out.
How do reminders work? Complys automatically warns you ahead of any expiry, certificates, training, vehicle tests and more, by email and, on the app, by notification, so nothing lapses without warning.
Can I get my data out? Yes. Your data is yours, email us and we'll help you export it at any time.
How do I cancel? You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or email us and we'll take care of it. If you cancel during your trial you won't be charged.
