Can an association offer Complys as a member benefit?
Yes. Many associations add a trusted compliance tool to their member benefits. Members subscribe through the association's unique Partner link, and eligible qualifying subscriptions generate recurring commission for the association during the applicable period. There's no joining fee.
How does referral tracking work across a whole membership?
Your association receives a single unique Partner referral link to share across your member communications. Eligible member sign-ups made through that link are attributed to your Partner account, and you can monitor activity in your Partner dashboard.
Is there any cost or obligation for the association?
No joining fee, and you control how and when you present Complys to members. You use one Partner account and link; there's no requirement to promote it in any particular way.
What commission rate do Complys Partners earn — 20% or 25%?
Founding Partners (the first 100) earn 25% on qualifying referred customer revenue from day one, with no threshold to reach. Standard Partners earn 20% on their first £20,000 of cumulative qualifying referred customer revenue, then 25% on qualifying revenue above £20,000. Once a Standard Partner reaches 25%, that Growth Partner rate is retained. All rates apply to qualifying subscription revenue actually received by Complys, subject to the Partner Programme terms.
Is Complys affiliate commission recurring?
Yes. Eligible Partners can earn recurring commission on qualifying subscription payments from customers they successfully refer, subject to the applicable commission period and the Complys Partner Programme terms. A successful referral may generate multiple commission payments rather than a single one-off payment.
How are Complys affiliate referrals tracked?
Approved Partners receive a unique affiliate referral link. When someone follows that link, referral information is used to attribute eligible sign-ups and qualifying subscriptions to the correct Partner in accordance with the programme's tracking and attribution rules. You can monitor activity in your Partner dashboard.
Is there a fee to become a Complys Partner?
No. There is no joining fee to apply for the Complys Affiliate Programme. Applications are reviewed to make sure prospective Partners, their audiences and their promotional methods are suitable for the programme.
